On closer inspection, there aren't actually many teams from the WEC or ELMS wanting to do the full 2014 TUSC season. Just Pecom, I think. Greaves, Delta-ADR, and OAK, among others, are only planning to do the NAEC races (i.e. Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen, and Petit Le Mans).
As far as teams stateside like ESM, Pickett Racing, BMW Team RLL, Falken, CORE Autosport and Risi... I doubt they'll make the trip because of TUSC commitments. That's a real shame.
