I am really curious what will be different to the current Swedish VW backed Polo's. If the wide is different then the can't use the 2017 WRC suspension I suppose? And I really do believe the latest RX Polo's are already pretty good! I am sure Petter will vow for Pipo as engine builder if VW won't supply the engines. I guess they will use WRC shells to start with, so no IGMAB fit this team? Well as a side note, factory cars are not always better, Larson's Skoda was more successful than the WRC's, but of course VW is on a totally different level and all WRC teams have improved since.
