Running gear means the sub-frames and suspension, which are common parts and interchangeable between all cars (obviously not the same FWD vs RWD).
Chassis means the mostly the rollcage which isn't interchangeable.

Backdoor support from Honda? Looks better to the sponsors to be running the latest shape? Better aero? No different to Speedworks running facelift version of the Avensis this year.
