I will be the first to tell you that as far as Ford's Global Marketing plans go it is anybody's guess . The other part of the equation about this is I was also told that the FORD family still to this day still has a Vendetta ? against ENZO
That in itself would make a good book or movie .
Had Ferrari had a full podium I tend to think they would have pulled the plug on the deal at the end of this year .
As far as winning the WEC from a marketing Ploy Not sure how much that would help . To Average Joe consumer the term LeMans probably carries more weight . I actually doubt that Average Joe Consumer even knows WHAT / IS : the WEC
