With the exception of Quinn who isn't full-time, the British F4 field has no notable returning drivers, and it's currently sitting at 14 entries. Otherwise I'd be lauding Caroline as a potential star driver... as it stands he is just doing what any good driver should be in this context.
The Italian F4 series is down to 20 entries, which is half of last year's opening number. If I were in the FIA, I would be looking at whether the cost cap is effective in practice...
