darvi should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
750 Formula

Our season is over for 2016, 14 races done and dusted. Congratulations to Robin Gearing for an excellent championship win, to Bill and Nige Cowley for a spirited chase and to Andrew Lake for his 3rd Class B championship win.

750 Formula remains a very competitive championship with cars that are fun to drive, fast, easy to maintain and, above all, cost effective to race. We have the traditional live axle cars, now supplemented by an increasing number of transverse cars and both types have won the championship in recent years. Stable regulations mean that, whatever the car's age, it can be made competitive. The 2nd placed Cowley dates back decades as does Peter Bove's 3rd placed Darvi. So you can acquire a car and make it competitive over a number of seasons if budget is an issue.

We are all self-funded, no huge cheque books and a wide range of ages from late teens to well into retirement. 750 Formula, with the Fiat engine, control tyres, reasonable minimum weight and stable regs must still be the most cost effective way to race proper race cars in the UK.

Check out the 750 Forum (www.750formula.co.uk) or come and meet us at a race meeting for a chat.
