Lol, they didn't fit the IMG profile and they wanted big name,s ex WRC, F1, youngsters and also droivers from lots of different countries so they could then sell tickets and sell a track to the MSA there.

Back in the day loads of guys came around for a few years and disappeared, Lasse Sallstrom, spent a fortune then went away, Nottveit did, George Tracey, McCkluskey, Lots of guys in Scandinavia bought good cars, drive the a few times and went, Glenn Voie, Harald Sachweh.
I often though it was basically, I have a bucket of money from something dodgy I have done, lets spend it quick on something and lose it all for tax purposes then make a loss on selling it later!
