Hats off to Indy Car,F1 take notice!
Maybe it's easier for IndyCar to force these changes through.Apart from the engines, the entry list isn't blighted by global manufacturer teams each using intimidation tactics to get their own way.
Come on Ross Brawn and the FIA........grow a pair.
