It appears you haven't even read the report.
On the first page it says Clearly "ANNUAL REPORT 2016".
What is your definition of annual?
It is clearly mentioned throughout that it is for the YEAR ENDED 31 December 2016.
See top of page 24, pages 26 to 30 and 32 to 43.
