I think that in a job like ours you cannot get complacent.

Once you lose the ability to learn, that is when something can get you. Everybody can learn something this year. What would be interesting is if we could post in December what we have learnt this year, marshalling wise.

So heads up, ears and eyes open and a safe 2009 to you all.
