Edit: Just released. Bruised foot per Josef, but otherwise fine. Thinks he just lost trying to stay out of the way after the team just radioed him to pit.
Correction. Newgarden was coming out of T1 when he lost the back end and came to rest in T2.

Almost 900 laps have been turned so far. As 10ths stated, very busy.

Jay Howard with an early fast time of 226 MPH.

Many are over the 224 mark and Alonso is one of them - 7th fastest for on the day so far.
