Putting this together would be undoubtedly complex, Lee, but botf Tg and CARt have experience of doing it; I know that the most difficult thing would be to make them get along.
But there could be a reciprocal interest if economies of scale could be reached; for instance, many low budget teams could get to prime racing, so this formula is able to attract money and people that nowadays work on a lower level of racing.
