A couple of years ago Noske Group was in administration owing creditors $17 million..... they went into voluntary administration in September 2015.

Tom Girdwood from the group’s appointed administrators PPB Advisory said on Friday that a creditors meeting held in Melbourne on Thursday had approved the sale of Noske’s transport and woodchip haulage operations to Tasmanian trucking magnate Chas Kelly. The Noske Group went into voluntary administration in September 2017.
The group’s main operations in Portland involve the transport of woodchips between the South West Fibre woodchip mill at Myamyn and the Port of Portland.

Kelly paid $735,000 for the business and in addition guaranteed partial payment of some debts to employees and others
