The V8 mantra for many years has been "make someone else pay for it"...preferrably governments.
The series can't function without sizeable REC handouts at the end of each year we keep getting told....
Presumebly holding a race at night, which will give a sense of "uniqueness", will require a steeper sanctioning fee to be paid V8SC's way??
