I remember going to a couple of the tuesday night things with my cousin Nigel Gough who spent a couple of years racing in the National FF series as his prize (driver to europe thing) for winning the Canadian FF Championship in 1974 (ish).
One of the highlights was racing around the track with some other cars in the dark. With no lights!!
