Are you trying to play with history Tourer? There is no way that Clipsal was getting 280,000 - 300,000 crowds in 1999 and 2000. Probably more in the vicinity of 160,000 which is similar to the ALMS event.

So there is an error in your calculations off the bat.

Also were you aware of the deal between Don Panoz and the South Australian government in terms of freight, team expenses etc? Remembering that the ALMS raced across 3 continents in 2000.
