If the race is wet,the A4 as per Oldtony's suggestion would be a very strong contender. Even in the dry, the massive torque should have them going up the mountain at a speed very close to that with which they go down.....
The prospect of a wet race reminds me of a comment made about the R10 at Le Mans prior to it's first race, if they had a very wet race with bulk pace car laps they were concerned that the major limiting factor on pit stops may be driver bladder capacity.....
