For the same reasons - drivers and teams have flights to get, as do the people who pack up the big white rigs, as for that matter do the stewards, senior event officials etc.
When there are a number of things to consider, time runs out really easily. Unnecessarily harsh to be critical of hearings on incidents being held over to the next race meeting.
