tweet confirms that Rossi caused the last caution. Looks like everyone, including NBC, missed it.
It sounds like he tapped the wall similar to what Bourdais did. If so, was a caution really necessary? Oh well. Overall the race was great and hopefully they come back next year. Maybe extend the race distance.
