SL: I am not sure exactly how far it is from Tampa but it is probably around 3 hrs. There IS tent camping at the track! The Sebring 12 hours is the best sports car race in this country, (better than Daytona because the ALMS has much better cars!) Last year they were still selling tickets on site, but just in case you should try there web site I am not sure of the address but you can get it from

Get a paddock pass so you can see all of the cars up close it is just awesome, I will be working for a guy who runs a coffee stand in the paddock, (when I am not spectating!)
