If it's been maintained properly for the last ten years then there's no reason why it shouldn't run for another 75k miles without any major trouble.
Most people will be scared off by the mileage, so it might be worth making an offensively low offer on it.
With BMW 3-series being one of the most common cars on the road, there should be plenty out there (including many with better engines), if this one turns out to be a dog.
