I can't recall who did the reports at those 9-10 May races but the descriptions of the cars could have come from entries placed before the Croft crash. Maybe Barton just drove the 77B at those two and the 'Hart' bit was lifted from the programme by the journalist?
Given how many cars and tubs he had, I'd be surprised if he'd borrowed yet another one.
How much work is it to stuff a Hart 420R into an Atlantic car? For an Iron Man that is, not for an ordinary mortal. I'd have no idea.
