Can't speak for everyone but being closely involved with Jake Hill his was due to either contact from another car or possibly kerb-contact.....
I don't think it's Dunlop being deficient - they are VERY clear in their instructions to the teams as to how you should run re pressures and cambers etc....the two things (other than contact and kerb abuse of course) that are most likely to cause a puncture...
Dunlop are very clear. The teams sometimes listen, sometimes don't.
And racing drivers hit each other and use kerbs. A lot.
