To be blunt, a message stating that "an unexpected error has occurred" from the todocast website (which I can ping against perfectly happily) says that all is not well with the stream.
Casting around it doesn't seem to be isolated to my part of the world either. It would appear if you could get on early and stick to it you're fine, if you're trying to log on now there might be one or two frustrations - to the extent that it's struggling quite a lot.
