They could choose to promote Juncadella at HWA but Ocon would'nt be a huge surprise.
If he does get along as quickly to DTM as he did in GP3 and F3 i don't see how it would be a problem.
Ocon will probably take part to DTM rookie test early in december which means that he will miss GP2 and GP3 tests.
Ocon to DTM seems written to the wall.
