Not quite , but almost , he was MD of the Managed House division, prior to which he was MD of a Company called Inntrepreneur , the pub leasing division of Grand Metropolitan ( where I worked with him ) , what better place to spend your spare work time, working for a Pub Co & talking about motorsport
