There were 2 Grid drop penalties to be applied…
Maldonado and Schumacher both dropped 5 places from 18th and 19th to 21st and 22nd on the grid respectively for changing gearboxes after less than 5 races. As both failed to reach Q2, there is no change in qualifying bonuses.

Qualifying bonuses for Constructor having both cars in Q3 go to Red Bull and McLaren, with the Engine supplier bonuses going to Mercedes, Ferrari and Renault for each powering 2 different constructors into Q3.

There were 3 leaders of the race Vettel, Grosjean and di Resta each receive 1 bonus point. Vettel lead the most laps resulting in additional bonus points to him, Red Bull for both Constructor and Renault for Engine supplier.

Fastest lap went to Vettel taking the bonus points for himself, Red Bull and engine supplier Renault.

The top 2 engines from each supplier, powering different constructors are colour coded for easy reference.

Of those who were classified non finishers, Maldonado retired due to a puncture and Pic an Engine failure. Neither Team receives penalty points although Cosworth are penalised for the Pic’s Engine failure.
