The point I was making is that if F1 are going to new countries or returning to old ones. I want to see good racing.

Like it or not, the current breed of cars do have energy harvesting, and the best way of doing that is under braking. In addition the best/only way to overtake in F1 is under braking.

Cars running at "top speed less harvesting" down straights isn't good racing.
