I think we'll see a British GP in 2010, FOTA would kick up a huge stink otherwise - and if Ari Vatanen becomes FIA president, the complexion of the situation will change hugely. I think we will be racing at Silverstone next year.
Portimao would be a good F1 venue for sure - however that ought to be at the expense of another round, probably one of the Spanish ones. Magny is supposedly being replaced by a new venue near Paris. Imola may be a nice circuit, but I'd rather each country only got one GP with the possible exception of the United States due to its sheer size. Dubai Autodrome likewise - Italy having two GPs is more justifiable than a country with 7.44% of the population and little domestic motorsport interest.
