Autosport were
suggesting that looked likely, yes (note - it was never confirmed); but that was before Russell's comments.
However Norris has now been
announced for an F2 debut with Campos at Abu Dhabi, though he is still saying: "... I will either step up to Formula 2 or Super Formula in 2018 towards my goal of one day racing in Formula 1".
