Such an ugly thing, and so true. I look at Petit in 2009 when they only stopped it when the Audis started floating on the puddles, and Petit 2016 when most of the race was a parade because the world's best sportscar drivers only drive in optimal conditions ...
All rain will mean at the Roar is misery for the drivers and the spectators.
Rain at the Rolex will mean a parade or a parking lot.
