Yes, toilets at Silverstone are the best I've seen at all the circuits I've been to so far. Proper brick toilet blocks every 100 yards or so, and fairly clean to.
In my own limited experience the worst on balance I have to say are probably Donington's, dirty little hives some of them are!
Although no doubt somebody can find some even worse.
