Flying Scotsman Rally
I am aware that the Rally was discussed on another thread about Pre War racing.
Having taken part in it can I confirm it was the best Rally type event I have been involved with for years with speed,regularity and other bits and pieces that kept us all fully occupied for three days.
Duxford IWM to St Andrews Old Course with good hotels pleasantl stops and all the other stuff that makes the difference.Roads superb.
Well done Mr Young and Gang for organising the biggest and best Pre War only car rally in the last ten years with over 100 cars entered.The rest of you should try it.
Compared to the Tour Auto its cheap with so much more competitive stuff.
Have signed up for next year with same two Talbots.
