No, I don't think I remember Tony Hilton appearing in the BTCC either (I've probably been to at least one round pretty much every year since 1985)- This mysterious RS500 certainly never seems to have turned up in 1989, and I don't recall his name in connection with any other drives during that period...
Anyone know anything about him- my recollection can sometimes be a bit hazy outside the series I particularly followed, but it's not a name that immediately rings any bells with me from the national racing scene at that period...
