Weiron definitely isn't 'loaded' and is most likely to race in Europe.
I very much doubt if Sam Brabham would move into F3 after just one season in cars, a year in FR NEC would be much more useful for his development, at this stage of his career.
Honestly, wild speculation doesn't help anyone, much better to have an informed, fact based discussion.
