GT5 to feature real F1 cars.

Gran Turismo 5 will feature at least one real F1 car in it, the Ferrari F2007. It will also be in the prolouge edition. And it looks rather good too.

Hopefully a few more manufacturers will be confirmed, it would be great to have a full grid of real F1 cars. I'm sure it would be far, far better than anything Sony have made so far.

Kai has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Renault, Honda, BMW, Mercedes, and Toyota all have their production cars in the game so hopefully their cars will be featured.

Yeah, but that'll probably impinge on Sony's and FOM's rights.
I reckon it'll be the same old Polyphony F1 cars, with the Ferrari as the uber-quick unbeatable car you unlock during the game.

Sony lost the rights to F1, which are currently owned by no-one. All the teams could be in GT anyway, as long as they are reffered to as "Grand Prix" cars then they should be fine.

early 2009?

it was supposed to have been out about several years ago...if they keep on pushing it back, they'll need to redo all the cars to include future/current cars..
