Tags and NAPCAR
Story in the Toronto Sun, by Dean McNulty, has Tags in final stages of going to NAPCAR with the Cdn. Tire Series.
Andrew Ranger won the series as a rookie and is now rumoured to be doing Craftsman Truck and some Busch (or whatever it will be) next year. More and more bad news for CC who seem unable to produce anything that is a real positive.
