Pictures of EB Falcon V8's

As the thread title says, anyone got some good pictures of the EB Falcon Supercars? Preferably from any and all angles.

Thanks,
Matt.

Probably were converted to the EF & EL models and after that the mechanicals would have been salvaged and the rest scrapped .

I personally didn't like the EB as a racecar to look at, I reckon the XE was a better looking race car.

I like the angled technical look of the EB falcon, much nicer than the VP commodore which was lacking in style really...

It's intersting that Ford knew how to design a proper aero kit and build a good motor to go with, despite not running V8 engined sedans for several years unlike Holden's experience with the VN and VP... Holden implementing their 'must gain advantages in the name of so-called parity equalisation' policy that went until the end of the VX model is a shame... they allowed the addition of downforce at the front to make the AU work properly in 2003 year, logically that downforce must have been lacking when the AU was racing the VX it would have been sporting to OK the upgrade earlier and even the race win tally, surely.

The Moffat one is about the place...

According to AMC mag, DJR EB1 (the category's most expensive display car ) is in WA and runs the display paint and skin (EL) it had when it left DJR, having been the original EB race car which CAMS knocked on the head...

DJR EB3 is in their showroom; it was the #17 car at Bathurst 1993, and the resulting crashed hulk was rebuilt by a team of TAFE apprentices... it currently wears a 93-spec front clip, and the bespoke 1993 wheels, but DJR had intended to build it into a replica of EB5 (the 1994 Bathurst winner, which was converted to EF skin, and totalled at PI in 1996 by Bowe)... dunno if the Bowdens have an agenda soncerning this car, which is now theirs (BTW, it seems that the Tru Blu XD is getting the Bowden touch... YAY!!!!)

Speaking of, does anyone have any pictures of the wrecked car after Bathurst '93? I hear it was big but have never seen any pictures of the crash.

The Great Race for 1993's race has a rear-on shot of the car as it sat by the track... it was well and truly ruined... it also showed the trail of parts, from where it made contact with Bill O'Brien, to where it finished...

A group of us asked DJ about the crash recently, and he can chuckle ruefully about it these days...
