NME should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Oops ! He did it again ...

Well guys i am sorry to tell some of the Anti-Piquet fans that Nelsinho Piquet ... did it again !!!
I guess the number is 9 out of 11 for race wins !!!
Not bad ... Probably it is just due to too much practice, ah?

Id be interested to see Little Piquet come over to the uk and race in a team that isnt owned by his father and then see how he gets on . He may be very quick ,he may not !, but it would be good to see him try and win without all the talk of cheating going on in the background.

Hopefully he will do that next season.
There is no point in keep racing the Sudam F3.
That was ok to start his career, but now it is time to move on to higher grounds, and prove that he is capable of doing it in the most competitive and prestigious F3 series in the world - The British F3.

I heard that he is going to Macau and Korea.

I hear 'Dad' wants him straight into F1 from sudamF3!!! LOL

At first they said UKF3 for 03', but for some strange reason I think Nelson realizes it isn't as easy to rewrite the rule book over here. I guess Piquet is as good as any name to push yourself into a F1 testing deal with no 'real' c.v.

Well if he is goning to Macau and Korea we will see how good he really is. I am not going to deciede on him yet, one thing is for sure though. It would be a joke putting him into F1, unless he does a little UKF3, German F3 or F3000.

When is Macau and Korea? Will he race with his fathers team? or try to get a seat with a top European team?

Macau is early november....If he wants to show his worth , he will need to be run by a different team from his fathers...

but maybe he can take his F3 mudguards so we know what car is his !

It is irrelevant what team is he driving with, the regulations are the same. If the car passes the inspection, he should be ok. I do not think that his father's team can be a match for the top UK and German F3 teams. Also, he does not have extra practice tracktime neither in Macau or Korea, so it should be interesting. He will have to show his true worth.

I agree with Attila; it doesn't make any difference what team he runs with because they all have to go thru the same scrutiny. I just don't think his fathers team will have the experience and setups that the Brit F3 teams might have. So if he runs with daddy and does really well, I think it'll be a sign of things to come in the future..

The team issue is not a big one, but the race engineer yes !!!
Most of it is up to 2 guys - Driver and Engineer ...
and that has been the PROBLEM with some F3000 top (?!) teams ... rookie engineers for drivers paying USD$ 1.000.000 ?!?!?!?

NME you are soooooo right. I think it is more than ridiculous what some of the F3000 teams do. There are certain top drivers who are not consistent enough; sometimes, this is the fault of their engineers. There are many many examples of this in F3000.

I just cant wait to see the kid here, for good or bad.
I just dont like alleged fans judging the kid's talent based on other driver's complaints.
I hope the kid is MEGA cause we need all the great talent in the sport as we can get.
Go Go Piquet

NME , I was only jesting !....if he's really that good , i will be the first one to stand up and say so .

ive also seen the article in Autosport , looks like he wont go to Carlin , but has had talks with ADR and Manor also .

But maybe they will expand Piquet sport to a british division run by Andy Miller ( ex Stewart ) ???.

will and team run by his dad and built round him be the best place to display his talents. Surely he needs to mix it in a team where his not spoon fed.

I'm sure his a great driver but Like sato said if he goes to macau that will be the real test

Well, one thing is for sure. I could test as much as I want with those cars and still would not win races. He must be good, unless of course his cars have extra power compared to other cars.

I guess that we just have information about ONE illegal pratice session. Am i right ?
So my question is : Would you guys be so harsh about Nelsinho's results and cheating activities if he wasnt son of a famous (and sucessful) father ???

Imagine Nelsinho Batatinha (instead of Piquet) dominating Sudam F3, and in the meantime he Illegally did ONE pratice session to learn ONE track (that most of all the other guys have raced in before).
Were you so bothered to spit on his effort too ???

Once and for all, Nelson Angelo Piquet is a Very Very Very good driver !!!
I hope he races Nico Rosberg next year in European F3 !!!

... but i will be pro-Rosberg !!!

Keke was the best !!!

Yes, you are right but The rules are rules... I understand that he Illegally did ONE pratice session to learn ONE track...but it's illegal!! It's not fair....
Atention: I am not saying that he isn't an excelent driver...
