Audi in 2006?

Wonder what it will be called. The Audi DTM car is codenamed the R9, so maybe the R10.

I am going to say that Joest will run the factory Porsche entries and Champion is going to run the factory Audi entries? If this happens, what paint schemes will be put on the Porsche/Audis??

IMO, Joest will run the Audis in the LMES, and continue with their DTM campaign.

Apparently, the Audi Le Mans quattro is gonna be named "R9" (article), so the new LMP will be the R10..

i think Champion will be running the audi's in the us and joest in europe (besides le mans) porsche and penske are teamed up in the states, but for lmp2, so i think a factory team is not out of the question

Do we really think that Audi will run 4 factory-backed R10s (or whatever)? I do hope so, and Champion and/or Joest would be stuck otherwise, but it's a hefty undertaking.

Wasn't the LeMans Quattro project scrapped ?? Destined to be just a concept car ?? That the next "sporty" audi was the next gen TT ?? (Suppose to be a Boxster/Cayman killer)
