Where are F1 engines 'made'

Hi all, quick Q.

Anyone know in which country the engines are made? I've put my 'knowledge' next to each engine, but could be wrong.

BMW Germany
Cosworth UK
Renault UK
Mercedes UK (ex Ilmor factory)
Ferrari Italy

Is that right?
