Possibly, however you can't just let a track break up completely. I can't remember Phoenix being relaid in my lifetime and it has to be done eventually.

If they reconfigure it properly too, it'll be OK. We will have to wait and see.

Last paved in 1991. It wont break up, there's enough filler on there already haha.
