I'm guessing that's why deggis specifically used the word

Mind you, a lot of rich people like spending lots of money to be 'exclusive' so it might well work for them. A lot of work involved though to get 70 people invested and cars provided.

Well, they've already built at least one fully functioning car(it participated in the Supercar Shootout at Goodwood), which puts them a step above most of those wannabe track car builders.

And if they manage the numbers, the car's almost a GTE car already, so converting it to meet spec shouldn't be difficult. (seriously, aerodynamically they would probably only need to change the wing and the splitter)
