Manning in 3 year Cart deal

Darren Manning will sign a 3 year deal with Walker racing this week. Gonzalez who had signed for Walker, saw his deal fall through, paving the way for Darren.

This is a great opportunity for Darren , after impressing the CART fraternity woth is one off Rockingham drive.

info from Autosport magazine

WooHoo!!!!!

A great driver, and Walker!!!!

So now I can support Walker again without people saying i like reject pay-drivers

Although I would have rathered Lavin gone instead, it'll still be good

I hope this is indeed the case. Darren's a fantastic young driver, and it was a shame when the Coyne drive came and went without him in contention for it, and no Team St George full-time effort appearing to be on the horizon. I'll be looking forward to the chance to support a British driver this year with Dario gone.

Fantastic news, one less talentless pay driver in the field and a talented Brit for us to cheer on at Brands!

Walker's press conference isn't for another half-hour yet, so we'll know for sure before long!

But already the "Teams" page on CART.com is listing a second car for the Walker team! Rodolfo Lavin in the #5.

So there's another confirmed car on the grid!

What is that now,14 confirmed? Almost there. I'm still looking at 19-20 for St. Pete's. Now all I have to do is find a way to see the race. Mmmmm.........

CART's site is now showing 15 confirmed cars. Chalk in Bourdais, and hopefully Moreno...

Good for Manning. He showed well at Rockingham last fall. He will make a good addition. Good luck to him...
