IIRC, the actual start line is the white line that they have already crossed. If you have a look at the grid markings, they are further back on the track. Also, If you where starting at that line, you couldn't see the lights.

TGF was EXTREMELY lucky to get away with that. I originally thought he'd passed Rubens because his name did come up on the timing screen first for a few seconds...

There's something very odd as when I watched the race again (after I taped it) as TGF crossed the line it placed him as P1.
Why wasn't there a penalty?

How Rubens let Michael get on the inside of him is simply unforgivable, and I don't want to hear about any tire pressure problems, or a bump, or any other lousy excuse.

RB needed to be agressive, and he had the better car, and he should have closed the door on him, but again, we get another excuse...

I guess you are right GP.

Facts became excuses, speculations becomes facts.

I think Rubens would have known if his tyres had too low a pressure, or bottom out, better than anyone of us. And at THAT point of restart, MS had a better restart, RB didn't have a better car.

But yah it's just excuse. RB has to be more aggressive..and take his teammate out would be perfect...well, isn't that the forte of another aggressive driver

But yes, Rubens does have to be more aggressive. If the tables were turned, Michael would have had no problem shutting the door on a charging RB on that restart.
