It has now been confirmed Paul di Resta will join ASM for the new season alongside Sebastien Vettel and Formula Renault Eurocup champion Kamui Kobayashi, who we knew about already.

With Prema and Signature both have Mercedes engines this year, they can do well (Moreau for example). But ASM has the experience with the engines, so I think they still will come out on top (Manor had Mercedes engines as well and didn't manage to beat them).

i'm going to say it now so it's buried well enough to avoid bandwagon jumping once the predictions start. moreau is better than vettel, and i think he'll be in for the title.

Nico Hülkenberg won't be seen in the F3 Euroseries. He has signed with Josef Kaufmann Racing to race a Dallara F306 in the RECARO Formel 3 Cup.

What's the point in linking to another website when the official race series site already confirms it?

I think it is a big loss for Euroseries. Many front-runners in German F-BMW won't make it to Euroseries. Most of the cases because of lack of budget, I believe.

No wonder, the budgets in the Euroseries are way to high for a class at that level.

It's a shame, no doubt. But the German grid looks the become a very decent one, look forward to that championship as well.

with Team Rosberg also looking at German F3...it could become a threat to F3 Euro.

it's a big shame, but to be expected.
i loved the euroseries last year - it had the drivers, the cars, the tracks, the excitement (if you knew where to look), but i think they should have put some serious budget limiting measures in place for 2006. looks like bf3 is ahead of the euroseries in that respect. i know this has been asked before, and i'm too lazy to find the answer, but does anyone know a vague budget for the german cup? |

About 250.000€, probably a bit more with a new car.

Those are numbers for the Recaro F3 Cup, not the Euroseries.

Will they have a 4th car? First time I heard that! vd Garde was negotiating with them, but actually I hope Götz get the seat, he deserve a shot in a good team.
