Well, that's me gutted. I was hoping to get my ASCAR into road course trim and enter Lydden. However, a slight glance of the wall betwen turns 2 & 3 in qualifying converted the chassis a little. We (my guys plus another dozen people from other teams) got the car repaired and out for both races, but it's certainly not good enough to put in road spec, and will be out of action for the rest of the year. Darnit!

Did enough to take the 2007 Rookie Championship, so that made up for it a little.

I've looked at getting Harry out of mothballs too, but it's going to take over 6 weeks and over a grand to get a fuel cell made for it. Plus all of the other bits that need fixing. Grrrr.

Rob.

It needs more work to get it ready than the Belmont. I can't recall how much is bent/missing from it. I must do something with it.

Now you've set cogs (albeit rusty ones) in motion...

I would like to enter the DMN race on the 6th at Lydden.

I have tried to ring Cheryl but have not managed to contact her. As it is getting late to enter will it be OK if I send the the championship registration form with the race entry form straight to Cheryl?

Hi kjw...my club phone has died (needs a feed) and i've only just noticed...I have to have it on silent at work usually the easiest way to get hold of me is by email or through here!

Send the entry form to me and the registration form to the address on that form, just means we have them all in the right places as I don't technical things...just the paperwork!

Yes it should be...why do you have a lisp?

As im racing in both the DMN and sports saloons at lydden because of this trail class for 1400cc will we be having the tin tops in between to give us time to sort the car out?

Tin-Tops and Sports and saloons have had to be amalgamated, but we will be running split grids for DMN so will put one race between them, also we will have plenty of time so can give you 5 mins or so to fettle. We are also hoping to have the single seaters, but its not looking promising at the moment.

I know AHS [the team I run with] have said it's only viable for them if there are five cars going down, so not sure if they will be there or not. As said before def can't be there I'm afraid.

Have any Vees entered so far?

There is only one at the moment, but I can't remember who it is off the top of my head, not that its really any of your concern.
