He has finished building a Westfield, last night he did a track day & an Autotest, tonight IIRC he is soing a hillclimb at Gurston & a race at Donington.
A "race car is born" was good and pretty entertaining for your average punter. He really did try to encourage others to get involved. I destroyed my Midget gearbox at the Gurston event he did and then marshalled the Croix en Ternois race meeting where he competed. He showed that mr average could have a great time with a little effort.

More like what the other show was supposed to be like originally. Good insight into how to start competing and also using 'real' people.

Enjoyed Classic Gear today - they devoted the whole programme to Jaguar looking at the development from the XK120, C, D and E types but focussed mainly on the history from Swallow through to Jaguar. I'm not an expert (on such history) so others may question it but I enjoyed today's programme. Jason Dawes and Penny Mallory did the presentation.

It (the programme) continues next Sunday - don't know the topics yet.
