I thought from the start of the season Phillip island was always hard tyre due to the high load on the fast corners?

SvG interview with Murph looked awkward...very nervous and ready to bull)$t his way out of any question. If he seriously thinks people will believe that a serve up like that was the driver in front's fault the guy is clearly delusional.

The lack of a drive through is poor form.

he was a bit hypocritical too. earlier in the year, he gave jamie a tap and then gave up the spot, but not this time he was full of macho BS this time

bargs is being very weak here, needs to set the standard early or we end up with another 2006

Let's hope it's a positional penalty not just one of those ridiculous 25 point jobs. He doesn't deserve his position to be recorded without the time of a drive through taken from his race time. This should put him behind Reynolds and would also serve as an example.
If we reflect on the Kelly v Lowndes episode from 2006 Kelly tagged Lowndes in similar fashion and copped a drive through.

Short race but Frosty's car looks a bit evil

So putting Red vs Blue aside, I think there's a simple competitive fact at play here. If I'm not in the title race, and the guy I am racing is, then I know I can get away with something a bit more than normal, because the other guy is going to want to protect his lead and will be more likely give in over a marginal move.

Each and every one of those drivers wants to win, and get ahead - and being in the championship hunt is definitely seen as a weakness to be exploited.

Safe to say losing Chaz could lose PRA the teams championship, but still 200 points is a lot.

Going by today's race I worry about the tyre life for the PRA cars. PI is not a place where you want a loose car.
