They're making alot of expections this year...
You must have competed 50% of a national championship. But if the country they come from doesen't have a TC they can enter anyway. For O'Brien I guess that clears him, but not Sharp. Or has he done any races in the UK? |

First I had written: Last year they were beaten by a "privateer".
But I wasn't sure about the support from BMW Sweden so I changed it. With respect to WCR I see ROAL and Plato's team more as factory teams. |

The bit in Autosport about Seat UK not entering car's is them feeling they can't prepare well enough for it with the BTCC finale this weekend.
To me it wasn't clear if it meant Plato wasn't competing, as it said there would still be British run Leons (by GR Asia) for Sharp and O'Brien. |
